Return process
If you are not satisfied with our products, please send them back within two weeks after receiving. The appropriate form can be downloaded here. The use of the return form is not obligatory for a successful return but it makes processing easier for us.
Process of return within Germany as follows:
Please send us the filled in return form including your invoice via fax or letter. You will then receive a packaging slip by mail immediately. Please take your package to the nearest post office. If that is not possible, please inform us. We will then initiate the return of your goods. Please use the original packaging if possible to prevent any damages during transport. Costs of return are paid by light-vision24.
Returning goods from a different country than Germany
Please wrap the goods carefully to prevent goods from damages during transport. Please use original packaging if possible. Include the filled in return form and the original invoice into the package and send it back to light-vision24 , without postage paid if possible.
Your amount paid will be returned as soon as the goods have arrived at light-vision24.
